The Ventura Film Festival founder and executive director was privileged to participate, accompanied by many of Hollywood's leading celebrities, in the half-century commemoration of West Side website Story and Hollywood's legendary footprint/handprint ceremony for Academy Award recipients Rita Moreno, George Chakiris, along with Golden Globe award winner Russ Tamblyn at the iconic Chinese Theater in Hollywood. This ceremony also acted as the official BluRay launch by Fox and MGM of the iconic West Side Story, which is broadly regarded by critics and fans as the ultimate musical of all time.
